At Fry Guy’s Bistro, we’re not just serving great food—we’re building a team and creating a place where people can learn, contribute, and grow. SOUS CHEF (help lead our kitchen and keep the food coming out delicious and consistent)

 

What you'll do:

  • Assist with daily kitchen operations and food preparation

  • Help coordinate kitchen staff during busy service

  • Prepare and cook menu items to our standards

  • Maintain food quality, cleanliness and organization

  • Assist with ordering, inventory and kitchen planning

  • Help train and support other kitchen team members

  • Bring creativity and enthusiasm to our kitchen

 

Ideal for: An experienced cook or chef who enjoys a fast-paced environment and wants to take on more responsibility.

 

WAITER / WAITRESS (be the friendly face that helps make every Fry Guy’s experience a great one)

 

What you'll do:

  • Welcome guests and provide friendly service

  • Take orders and answer questions about our menu

  • Serve food and beverages

  • Keep tables and dining areas clean and welcoming

  • Work with the kitchen and front-of-house team

  • Help create a fun, positive atmosphere for guests

  • Handle busy periods with a smile and great teamwork

 

Ideal for: Friendly, outgoing people who enjoy meeting customers and working as part of a team. Restaurant experience is helpful, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.

KITCHEN HELPER (get hands-on experience in a busy, fun restaurant while helping our team deliver great food)

What you'll do:

  • Assist with food preparation and basic kitchen tasks

  • Help prepare vegetables, fries and other ingredients

  • Assist cooks during busy service

  • Keep kitchen equipment and work areas clean

  • Wash dishes and maintain an organized kitchen

  • Follow food safety and cleanliness procedures

  • Support the kitchen team wherever help is needed

 

Ideal for: Someone hardworking, reliable and eager to learn. This can be a great opportunity for a young person looking to gain their first restaurant experience.
